打算申请新西兰技术移民的朋友们都知道在新西兰工作过的话可以加分。那么怎么去新西兰工作呢？新西兰从2008年开始就为中国公民设立了两类比较特殊的工作签证，一是中国五类特殊人才工作签证，二是中国技术工作特别签证。此两类工作签证为中国技工去新西兰工作拓宽了途径。下面，出国移民网就为各位介绍一下这两类新西兰工作签证。
一、中国五类特殊人才工作签证(China Special Work Category)
此类签证对每种特殊人才都有相应的学历和技能要求，且有名额限制，每个类别100-200人不等。这5类特殊人才包括：

二、中国技术工作特别签证(China Skilled Workers Category)
这个类别每年面向中国的技术性人才发放1000个名额，申请人可以获得不超过3年的工作签证。这些技术职业类别都是新西兰紧缺的，每个职业的名额限制是100人。这些特殊职业有20种，每种都有其学历或技能要求，包括：

中国公民申请以上两种类别可以获得最长不超过3年的工作签证，具体签证时间根据雇佣时间决定。如果签证短于三年，可以在满足签证要求的前提下续签。如果工作满三年后离开了新西兰，则必须在新西兰境外停留3年以后才能再次申请。
申请以上两类特殊的工作签证除了对申请人学历和技能的要求外，关键是必须有新西兰当地雇主的工作合同，对新西兰雇主要求如下：
*新西兰雇主必须提供雇佣证明。
*工作邀请必须是真实、可持续的全职雇佣，并与雇佣合同中的描述一致。
*雇主必须遵守所有新西兰就业和移民法及移民政策的相关法律法规。
另外，雇主的生意规模和财务状况也很重要。以餐馆为例，随着奥克兰华人餐饮业的迅速发展，中国菜色特色饭店急速成长，川菜、粤菜、湘菜、豫菜、京菜、武汉风味、西安风味等层出不穷。但并不是每一个饭店都可以顺利担保中国的厨师申请5类特殊人才工作签证，重点是饭店需要有良好的财务状况、足够的财力证明等。
目前，INZ的服务仅限于申请名额和签证，不提供找雇主的服务。要想拿到雇主合同或担保，对于新西兰境外的人来说并不是件容易的事。在这里，出国移民网为您推荐另外两个签证：新西兰假期工作签证(Working Holiday Visa)和银厥(Silver Fern Job Search Visa)。有假期工作签证或银蕨签证，可以直接进入新西兰，到当地自己找雇主，找到雇主后再考虑办理以上两类特殊工作签证即可。
另外还有一种低技能工作签证类别，但这个要有劳工市场测试，一般批不下来。这里不再赘述。
