美国移民签证申请所需材料，如下为进行美国领事馆移民签证程序需要准备的材料：
1.The Original I-797 approval notice for immigration petition (I-130, I-140, etc.);
移民申请(I-130, I-140, 等等)批准通知(I-797)原件;
2.A Copy of the immigration petition as filed;
移民申请复印件;
3.The receipt notice for Form I-824 (only if indicating to apply for consular processing at first) or the approved notice for Form I-824 (only if after requesting consular processing);
如果在移民申请时要求了领事馆移民签证程序，需要提交I-824收据;如果在之后要求领事馆移民签证程序，则需要提交I-824批准通知;
4.Evidence that the applicants last residence was in the host country of the post;
申请人的最后居住地为将要进行领事馆移民签证程序的国家的证明;
5.Consular Processing application forms;
领事馆移民签证程序申请表格;
6.Medical exam;
体检表格: 接到面试通知后面试前，申请人到指定的医院体检文件;
7.Employment information for the past 10 years;

8.Birth Certificate;
出生证明;
9.Passport;
护照复印件;
10.Military Records, if applicable;
从军记录，如适用;
11.Marriage Certificates, if applicable;

12.Documentation of termination of prior marriages (e.g. divorce decree or death certificate), if applicable;
如有过往婚史，还需提供离婚证明或丧偶死亡证明;
13.Address since the age of 16; and
16周岁以后的所有的住址;
14.Police certificates from every country where an applicant has resided for one year since the age of 16.
警方无犯罪公证书，凡满16岁以上申请人均需提供16岁以后任何居住一年或以上的国家的无犯罪证明。
